Dans les comt\u00e9s de Nassau, Suffolk et Westchester, il est de $13 par heure. Dans le reste de l\u2019\u00c9tat, il est de $11.80 par heure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interdiction de l\u2019historique salarial<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 En 2017, la ville de New York a modifi\u00e9 sa l\u00e9gislation sur les droits de l\u2019homme (\u00ab Human Rights Law \u00bb) afin d\u2019interdire les requ\u00eates de renseignements sur les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents salariaux des candidats pendant le processus d\u2019embauche. \u00c0 compter du 6 janvier 2020, l\u2019\u00c9tat de New York a amplifi\u00e9 la loi de la ville de New York en interdisant aux employeurs de demander de telles informations aux candidats et aux employ\u00e9s. Cependant, la loi n\u2019interdit pas aux candidats et aux employ\u00e9s actuels de divulguer ou v\u00e9rifier, volontairement et sans incitation, les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents salariaux, dans le but de n\u00e9gocier des salaires, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cong\u00e9 de vote pay\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Avec les \u00e9lections primaires et g\u00e9n\u00e9rales qui ont lieu en 2020, les employeurs doivent \u00eatre conscients des r\u00e9centes r\u00e9visions de la loi \u00e9lectorale de New York, qui donne maintenant droit aux employ\u00e9s de New York, qui sont des \u00e9lecteurs inscrits, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois heures de cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9, au besoin, pour voter \u00e0 toute \u00e9lection. Les employ\u00e9s qui ont besoin d\u2019un cong\u00e9 pour voter doivent \u00eatre accord\u00e9 ce temps au d\u00e9but ou \u00e0 la fin d\u2019une journ\u00e9e de travail, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection de l\u2019employeur, et doivent aviser leurs employeurs de leurs besoins au moins deux journ\u00e9es de travail avant l\u2019\u00e9lection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poursuite de la pr\u00e9vention du harc\u00e8lement sexuel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Les employeurs doivent garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit que les exigences de la ville de New York pour la formation des employ\u00e9s contre le harc\u00e8lement sexuel sont des exigences annuelles.<br \/>\n\u2022 Le 12 ao\u00fbt 2020, le d\u00e9lai de prescription pour les plaintes du harc\u00e8lement sexuel passera d\u2019un an \u00e0 trois ans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interdiction des tests de d\u00e9pistage de marijuana avant l\u2019embauche<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00c0 compter du 10 mai 2020, la ville de New York interdira aux employeurs de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des tests de d\u00e9pistage de la marijuana avant l\u2019embauche. Des exceptions s\u2019appliqueront pour certains types d\u2019emplois, y compris divers r\u00f4les de construction et d\u2019entretien, des postes exigeant un permis de conduire commercial et des postes n\u00e9cessitant la supervision ou la garde d\u2019enfants, de patients m\u00e9dicaux ou de personnes vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Protections \u00e9largies pour les travailleurs de la \u201cgig economy\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00c0 compter du 11 janvier 2020, la loi sur les droits de l\u2019homme (\u00ab Human Rights Law \u00bb) de la ville de New York couvrira les pigistes et les entrepreneurs ind\u00e9pendants, en \u00e9tendant les protections contre la discrimination, le harc\u00e8lement et les repr\u00e9sailles.
